  1. Just an FYI there were quite a few protests of Obama’s election. They were fewer in number of participants but they were just as heinous. Here are some examples: http://www.nytimes.com/2012/11/08/us/anti-obama-protest-at-university-of-mississippi-turns-unruly.html & http://www.nbcnews.com/id/27738018/ns/us_news-life/t/obama-election-spurs-race-threats-crimes/#.WJk9d1MrKUk A quick search can show you more, here images from Obama related protests: http://www.revelist.com/politics/america-responds-obama/5855 Radical may or may not be the correct word to use, but it is undeniable that he is extreme on many levels from what is typical for the American political realm in the recent past. I really enjoy that you guys are able to disagree on politics and still have a conversation. I would like to see more factual references, but again- I appreciate your willingness to disagree without getting immediately petty and defensive (you do interrupt one another a lot though!). In regard to religious right: I have to disagree with your ‘that’s how capitalism works’ this isn’t an argument that should center on capitalism, I wish it were. It has further reaching implications. This is about giving radical (for lack of better word) religious people and companies the right to deny everything from food service to, if we allow it to get too far, life saving care to someone based on snap judgments about their appearance, history, or religion. It is an argument that must be viewed from many angles. Legislation on this matter must be combed line by line to ensure that anything as serious as allowing those who have taken a Hippocratic oath to side-step that oath (because of religion, sexual orientation, etc.) is not okay, and does not become acceptable in modern society. Also, here is the Bannon quote about war with China from March 2016 on his radio show: “We’re going to war in the South China Sea in five to 10 years, aren’t we? There’s no doubt about that. They’re taking their sandbars and making basically stationary aircraft carriers and putting missiles on those. They come here to the United States in front of our face – and you understand how important face is – and say it’s an ancient territorial sea.” So, yes- Bannon did actually ‘predict’ war with China- His timeline was a bit further out though. Thank you for telling the TRUTH! Trump IS a cry baby. He is the KING snowflake. He’s the only president in my memory who cannot take the criticism. I’m glad we all agree on that! Tell ‘just thinking’ from FL to enjoy life. He/she is only 20 years old. Don’t assume you’ll be together for ever, but roll with it until it either lasts or ends. Don’t rush to ‘forever’ and married at such a young age. Tell the next person to tell their daughter she is beautiful, but also teach her to be humble. Build up her character and teach her the importance of it. You can be told you are beautiful and still develop respectable character. 10K for a Tom Brady face on his ass… tweet a ‘go fund me page’ the internet will raise that money. In terms of building the wall, it will be largely ineffective. We would be better off using more man power or more thermal imaging scanners. Forbes outlines some of the problems, http://www.forbes.com/sites/adamhartung/2017/01/28/why-president-trumps-border-wall-is-an-example-of-bad-leadership/#56e7c0678fd1 Aside from these, a tariff would realistically result in the American people paying for the wall. There is a lot to consider regarding what the wall is likely to actually accomplish, as well as what replacing it with personnel and tech could do vs the cost of each. Does Trump actually mean a literal wall (even over terrain that makes that near impossible?) The border uses thermal imaging already to catch those who attempt to pass, beefing the tech could do more good than a literal wall. Some info on current imaging used: http://www.securitymagazine.com/articles/77639-protecting-borders-with-thermal-imaging-1 You guys gained a fan today! I thoroughly enjoyed your banter. Thanks!
